EAU office team hosts offsite focused on trust and teamwork, inspired by The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, followed by a Cardinals game.
On April 15, the EAU office team held its first offsite, focused on building trust and strengthening teamwork. The session was modeled after the principles in The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, emphasizing communication, accountability, and collaboration.
As new owners of EAU, we are incredibly fortunate to have inherited such a strong and dedicated team. This offsite marked an important step in continuing to invest in our people and aligning around a shared vision for the future.
Following the session, the team enjoyed a Cardinals game together—celebrating both the progress we’ve made and the journey ahead.
