EAU launches Phase 1 of its shop floor remodel, investing in new workstations, technology, and employee productivity improvements.
As part of EAU ownership’s commitment to continuous improvement and reinvesting in both our business and our people, we have officially begun Phase 1 of our shop floor remodel project.
This first phase includes the installation of new production workstations designed to improve employee comfort, efficiency, and consistency. The upgraded stations feature standardized tools, improved lighting, individual fans, and paperless work instructions that provide information at employees’ fingertips.
These improvements are intended to create a better work environment while supporting productivity and quality throughout the production process.
We’re excited about this investment and what it means for our team. And we’re not stopping here—next up are improvements to our panel shop as we continue building a stronger, more efficient operation.
