This is a letter of recommendation for EAU. We are currently buying custom connector assemblies, custom printed circuit boards, custom motor operator assemblies, and many other assorted electrical components from this company. I have been working with Electrical Assemblies as a supplier for about 4 years, and I have had a working relationship with Ed Hanewinkel for around 8 years.
I would highly recommend Ed and EAU for future projects. Ed is extremely helpful in solving startup problems and very responsive when manufacturing issues arise. Recently we needed Electrical accessories to deliver some custom wiring harnesses well ahead of the original planned schedule to meet the requirements of our customer. Ed and his team were able to ramp up his production on very short notice and help us meet some difficult demand requirements.
EAU has supplied wiring assemblies for our mobile warning equipment for more than 20 years. In all that time, I have never met another company with better customer service. We have hundreds of different wire assemblies. But if we run out of any of them, I can call and they’ll have what we need to us with an hour or two, tops. They’re just extremely responsive, which helps keep our production up and running.
